The Far East and Chinese medicine contain a whole philosophy of flavors, spices, and plants alongside a holistic and comprehensive view of the human body.
The world of alcohol and plants has always been intertwined. A small glimpse into the world of Asian alcohol and the flavors hidden within it opens up new and intriguing worlds for the Western palate, which over the years is more and more drawn to the mysteries of the Far East.
During the workshop, we will taste 3 flag cocktails from the menu, sake, umeshu, and shochu alongside selected sharing dishes that have been carefully selected and matched with flavors.
The workshop will be conducted by Shagiv Blum, a bar manager in Mosho with a decade of experience in the world of drinking and cooking.
Shagiv is a Twina therapist and a third-year student of Chinese medicine and acupuncturist, Chinese medicinal plants.
