בתוך מלון הבקסטייג׳ החדש שבתל אביב נפתח בר חדש שלראשונה בישראל מגיש משקאות אלכוהוליים בייצור עצמי. יזמי הפרויקט הם אנשי MOLI: גל ארזי והיינן אייל דרורי שחרטו על דגלם ייצור אלכוהול מקומי בעבודת יד בהשראת חומרי גלם עונתיים ומקומיים.
הבר מתמחה בקוקטיילים ומשקאות העשויים מתזקיקים מפתיעים בייצור עצמי שנעשים בעבודת אמן ומשתנים תדיר עם עונות השנה.
About
Inside the new Backstage Hotel in Tel Aviv, a new bar has opened that for the first time in Israel serves self-produced alcoholic beverages. The initiators of the project are the people of MOLI: Gal Arazi and winemaker Eyal Drori, who have carved on their banner the production of handmade local alcohol inspired by seasonal and local raw materials.
The bar specializes in cocktails and drinks made from surprising home-made distillates that are handcrafted and change frequently with the seasons.
