Cocktails and chasers workshop
How did the idea of a cocktail bar whose basis is "Chaser" come about? We will talk about the Western European tradition on the topic of alcohol worthiness, laws and techniques and everything in between. How to preserve taste in basic alcohol, and how to create things ourselves at home. The workshop is delivered by Jacob Steinzig who founded the most decorated bar in South China for 2021 and also won the title of the best bartender in South China for 2021, Jacob has a degree in culinary history and years of experience around the world in everything related to the world of restaurants and hospitality.
